Scammed-out $800

I never received this & have proof with Ring camera no alerts at all. Called & went into store & emailed but no one could help me. They did not resend item or credit my account. Basically said sorry we can’t help you out!!!!

Engagement Ring Catastrophe

This item was ordered as an engagement ring. 1 of 2. It arrived unprotected, dented and scratched. Macys customer service refused to exchange the item over the phone. I even shared photos with them about the item. We were distraught at the ring arriving in such a disastrous condition & with the amount of “cat and mouse” phone tag that we had to play with them over the phone for OVER A MONTH! Truly the worst experience. We missed our engagement date & announcement. We were planning on sizing the rings, but that did not happen. As a male couple, we are unsure how to feel. These were the perfect rings. What we do know is we will never shop Macys for engagement rings again.
