Microwave is great, tracking was horrible

The microwave is great. I received the email that it had shipped 2 days after it was delivered. I received the email that it was delivered 2.5 days after it was delivered. FedEx didn’t knock on the door to notify me it was delivered. It shipped in the microwave box. Everyone saw it was a microwave. My neighbor knocked on my door and said, pick up your microwave before it’s stolen. That’s how I found out it was delivered. I didn’t hear it arrive and the emails arrived 2 days later. No text messages. It could have been stolen because it sat out in the hallway for several hours. Not happy with the lack of communication and lack of tracking,

Great microwave with many options

Nice microwave, fits and operates as expected. Runs quiet and heats food evenly. Control panel fonts could be a little easier to read but overall a fantastic product! Well made and very attractively designed.
