Damaged Third-Party Order & Poor Quality

My order was delivered to the wrong mailbox — my neighbor had to give it to me. The item was overpriced, poor quality, and damaged when I opened it. One tire was missing, parts were falling apart, and the size was much smaller than expected. On top of that, since it was from a third-party seller, I couldn’t return it to Macy’s and had to go through UPS myself. Still no refund or update. Totally disappointed — overpriced and poor quality!
