Too small on top and to too big on the bottom

This dress would fit perfect on taller person with small chest

Too small in the bust area

This dress is made of beautiful material, but it is too small in the bust area. I ordered a size small. I am a B cup and it was only tight in that area. The rest of the dress fit fine. I could barely get it on and off though.
