Top sizing appears to be inaccurate

I carefully reviewed the garment's associated measurement guidance chart to ensure it would fit properly. Because the fabric consists of 95% cotton, 5% spandex I chose the medium size, because I know cotton shrinks. It is a lovely top, but it is already snug in the chest and areas where the shoulders and arms meet (I haven't yet washed it). It's my understanding that I can't exchange it, because it is listed as a, " Last Act - Final Sale" item. This seems to be an unfair policy, because the error appears to be on the manufacturer's end.

Love. Flattering. I’m 5’9 with long torso and this comes down to the top of my hip bone. Exactly where I wanted it. I wear a small (6) in most tops but ordered a medium and it is fitted yet not too tight.
