Wrong item sent. This item was torn and had solar plug in on top. Not what I ordered

GREAT COLOR AND DESIGN!

IT'S GREAT! COLOR AND FUNCTIONALITY ARE GOOD. JUST A LITTLE HARD TO REACH THE ADJUSTMENT LEVER FOR TILTING PURPOSES.
