BIGGEST SCAMMERS ON THE INTERNET

This company and macys are the biggest scammers on the internet. They sent a laughable version of fabric to my home and never showed up to pick up the furniture, after scheduling a pickup. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM OR MACYS

Poor Quality Product and Service

I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company!Their product quality is HORRIBLE, topped only by their AWFUL service.Their phone is no longer working-contacting them by email is useless-they send a form letter in response. We tried to return this sofa-they sent ONE shipping label for 5 boxes. Evidently no one that works at Streamdale has ever tried to ship anything.The company told us REPEATEDLY to use the same shipping label on all 5 boxes-illegal, and untrackable. Our 5 boxes are STILL SITTING at our local UPS store waiting for labels that will work. After demanding Macy's refund our money and many long calls, we were finally escalated to Macy's Market Place Support Dept. (844) 452-7750... where they promised to get us labels in 2-3 days!!! Even THEY told us THEY are logging a complaint against THIS VENDOR. Buyer Beware!! The product wouldn't line up so there are gaps between sections, and the fabric arrived smudged. I WOULD NEVER buy anything from them ever again.

Do NOT Buy!

This sofa is horrible! Cheaply made and very uncomfortable. The center piece was so badly made it gapped in either the front or back instead of fitting together with the side sections. When we tried to return it, they would only provide ONE shipping label for 5 boxes!! We were told one would work repeatedly in some dimwitted email responses.... There is no way to get in touch by phone with this "3rd Party Vendor"--- frankly Macy's should be ashamed for allowing this fly by night shady company to sell this garbage on their website. We now have 5 boxes that weigh 70 pounds each at our local UPS WAITING for Macy's to get us 4 more shipping labels. It has been a total nightmare. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. Even Macys can only provide a number for Streamline Furniture that is out of service. BUYER BEWARE!!!
