wrong colorr

I bought this lipstick #10 its ;labeled Butterglow but it is not its a very light pink. I have tried many times to reach customer service and chat to no avail Ive been Macys online and in person to no avail, very unacceptable. How iam I return this item?

Love all the colors to choose from!

I received a sample of this lip gloss and I fell in love with it. The color shades to choose from were really pretty. I have bronzer and highlighter from Tarte and have never been disappointed. I’m happy with my purchase and will be buying more makeup from them.
