Food sticks and burns

I gave this set to my daughter for Christmas and she just started using it. Everything gets sticky and burned. I would like to get a refund, she only use 2 pans twice. She does not want to try the others.

Bad quality

I bought this product cause I trust Macy’s . However this is a very low quality product and it doesn’t meet the expectations. No brand or name. The pan turned yellow as soon as I put it on the stovetop. And its not nonstick as it advertised.See the photo.

Just received mine cookware, loved how every glass lid was in cover, every pot wrapped in 3 layers for extra not scratching, cooked soup and used to sauté didn’t stick, very happy with product
