Doesn't work at allergy

I bought this product after seeing good reviews. but unfortunately the piece I got is completely a trash. No steam coming out. I thought it will take some time to warm the water but waiting for an hour, it's the same... no steam comes out. I am frustrated with this product. also it came without all the parts that is mentioned in the product description. I am going to return this product to Macy's.

I had to send this machine back as it leaks when turned sideways. I was not expecting any leaking during use.
