wrong item delivered

When you order a paper clip gold bracelet wait over 2and a half weeks to have it delivered only to find a hideous 2butterflies bracelet that doesn’t even look close to what I ordered!?

disappointing

I am disappointed in this bracelet. The gold looks like costume jewelry and it’s very lightweight. Although it was on a clearance price, I am still going to return it.
