Tarnished After Second Wear – Very Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this necklace. I bought it as a gift, and today I found out it has tarnished and turned black. The recipient told me this was only the second time they wanted to wear it, and they noticed the discoloration. I have photos showing this, but can’t attach them here. This was supposed to be a special gift, and instead it has been embarrassing for me as the giver. Very poor quality.
