Lipsticks

The actual lipstick is nice. It's a nice consistency, not too thick, not sticky. BUT the colors were a little outdated. Several VERY reds and dark browns the likes of the 90's. It would have been nicer to see some current on trend colors.

Lipsticks

A few of the lipsticks were broken so I called and they were ordering a replacement sent express. It didn't arrive, so I called and they told me "Oh sorry, it's out of stock". Hmm. I probably wouldn't have returned the damaged item had I known they were out of stock.

Quality product at a good price

I bought three of these right before Christmas. One I kept for myself and the other two were gifts. The lipstick is creamy, nonfragrant and doesn't have a taste to it (which is good, because I dislike how some lipsticks taste.) I have only used 2-3 of the lipsticks. Some of the lipsticks are too red or dark, and I'll never use them, but for the price ($25 on special), I figured that as long as I like 2 out of the 16, I'm good. I would buy again. The product was shipped to my home in Texas with no damage and no damaged lipsticks. My only suggestion is to have a choice as to colors on the lipsticks -- as some people such as myself will like only mild colors, while other folks prefer the bold colors.
