Thieves

I ordered this necklace and it was a little too clunky for me. I went to Macy’s in person so that they could process my return and they shipped it back to the seller. I tracked the return shipment and the seller received my return on May 8, 2024. It is May 24, 2024 and I do not have my money! Where is my money?!!! Give me my money back now!

Macys website says shipped but tracking shows post office still awaiting pkg. seller hasn’t dropped pkg to post office but printed shipping label..I know how this works. Anyway I contacted seller but no response. Macys already charged me so what now? What a scam.

I astonished that this is marked delivered. Upon checking USPS status, it states awaiting item Pre Shipment. I would love a refund.
