Terrible customer service

purchased this and another item during a flash sale. Canceled my order and when I asked why was told didn't know and to repurchase and price would be adjusted. I did while she was online. Received item and was told they would not do. It was a pricing error and would not honor so now I have to waste my time returning to store over something they told me to do. SMH
