Biggest regret

I am very disappointed in the manner in which my order was handled both by Macy’s and this seller. This necklace was the top of my list that I have been waiting to get during the sales period . I placed the order for this item and I did not receive the shipping confirmation after few days . I was very excited knowing it was going to be delivered that morning upon tracking , to my greatest surprise I waited the whole day and later found out that my order was refused. Right away I contacted the Macy’s online purchase customer support, they confirmed that it was shipped to a different address. The other items that were included in this order arrived safely. I was so patient because things do happen and so contacted them for the second time to tell them to resend the item and they assured me that they will Bt I never receive the item.

Stunning jewelry set

Walking through the store past the cases this set caught my eye. Absolutely gorgeous and so sparkly. Set is in sterling silver so kind of concerned how the support and base of the pieces will hold up over time.
