Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware!! After ordering this item, I was unable to use it so I decided to return it. I tried at 3 different store locations, each about 20 mls away, over a 3 week timeframe. Unfortunately, none of the store associates knew how to process a 3rd party return. By the time I got a CSR on the phone, I was told the 30-day return timeline had lapsed. I literally missed it by a few days. I'm now out the cost of this item.
