Open air pockets in cream

I am so disappointed when I received the package and opened up my jar of cream there were open air pockets in it that indicates I am not receiving the full amount that I paid for. I would appreciate a refund or a "full" jar of the cream that I paid for.

Leaves skin dry

The cleanser is a thick cream like texture but doesn't always foam up nicely. It also leaves my skin feeling very dry (as someone with combination skin )
