Way too small!

The picture looks really pretty! When I got it you can hardly see that it’s a heart that’s how small it is! The chain is really small as well it did not fit me, not worth it

Save your money

I was so disappointed the necklace was very old looking oxodied orange color. It looked like it was an old necklace aging in a Dollar store. Terrible Product coming from well known Macy's

This necklace should be listed “for toddlers”. Too small for an adult.

Not a good quality

O bought this necklace but it was not worth it. When I was about to wear it, it gets broken.! I don’t even used for a first time. I would not recommend it.

Ridiculous

I can't believe this is even sold at Macys. It is so small and definitely not for an adult! Then you cannot return to the store you have to mail it back!!!

Smaller than advertised

Half the size advertised. The description says "approx. 1" drop" which would suggest that the heart is about a half inch and the hanging loop about the same. It's not. The total length of the pendant, the drop, is one half inch. The heart is barely a quarter inch. You can hardly see the engraving. Maybe nice for a child but not for an adult. And beware the 15" chain. It's accurate but that's closer to a choker than a pendant necklace.
