Wrong item sent.it was supposed to be gold,but it was silver.isent it back

You have a problem.

Probably would have loved this but I ordered gold and received silver. Called and spoke to customer service and they sent a replacement which was also silver. The order and all of the paperwork included states it should be gold. Silver is not even an option. So disappointed.
