Bought one and it had a line in the screen after a couple of months. Vizio service was great and sent a new one and it’s been working great so far

Great when purchased
We purchased this product 3 years ago and all was good until last 6 months then upper left side of picture started getting worse. Also pictures colors not vibrant and are graying. Are there any updates that could help?

Too smart for its own good
Good tv but it freezes like a computer I feel like I’m better off buying and older flatscreen and use a ROKU device to make it smart. At least it won’t freeze constantly

Glitchy
This TV works fine until it doesn’t. Sometimes it randomly won’t turn on. Sometimes it gets frozen when you pause a show and then you have to restart everything. The app is ok but a bit clunky. The quality of the picture is below average. Sound quality is not great.
