I purchased the set of 3 and 1 came damaged. I returned the damaged chair and am still waiting for the replacement or credit to my account. Westin Trend received the damaged chair on November 16th and am still waiting for the final delivery of replacement chair or credit to my account.

I need a refund on this item that never been delivered to me. order #2886641360. We need to deal with people of integrity. it been more than a more I am calling. I do not deserve this kind of aggravation.

Untrustworthy and deceitful

I had ordered 3 stools but they sent only 2. Despite numerous messages to the seller, they are not willing to admit their mistake, and claim that they have sent all 3 stools. Completely disappointed at the way they are trying to fleece money out of innocent customers. I trusted Macy's and bought these stools through their website. Hope Macy's can help get me the missing stool or get me the refund.

damaged chairs received and bad customer service

Ordered three countertop chairs, two out of three were damaged due to poor packaging. Myself and Macy’s customer service representative sent numerous emails to this seller without any response. I was told my Macy’s these chairs are sold by vendors from market place, not from Macy’s! I paid higher price from Macy’s website hoping I would receive high quality furniture. How disappointed I am to find out Macy’s has no control over bad vendors. Don’t order furniture from vendors other than Macy’s or you’re taking your chances.
