Beautiful pendant

This was a gift and the pendant itself was really very nice. The chain, however, was way way too thin. We had to get a different one to balance it better with the pendant. Plus, the necklace was packaged into a little jewelry bag and as a result the chain arrived as one big knot - took us a while to disentangle it. It was a miracle that the very thin chain was not damaged in the process… Packaging is definitely something to improve!

Flimsy chain

The pendant is beautiful and versatile but the chain is terrible. It’s flimsy and I would not recommend keeping it on that chain if you want to keep from losing it. I had a good quality solid 14k rope chain with lobster clasp and that’s what I put it on.

Pretty piece and unique design ... however

Very delicate and unique design. Extender sometimes gets caught up where the pendant threads through making it difficult to get out. Biggest complaint - arrived in a ziploc baggie knotted beyond belief. You would think Macys would package an expensive fine piece of jewelry in a gift box. Almost returned it, but was able to get the knots out after working on it for over an hour.
