  • Kiehls face cream container was used and near empty upon opening.
  • Missing product in Day 2
  • Here is the insanely thick piece of cardboard you can’t get to unless you use scissors just to have your item stuck to the very back of the box with plastic with no way to get that off either without opening the whole box and cutting it
  • This is what the whole advent calendar looks like, even with the perforations you can’t get through the thick cardboard underneath
  • These are the items covered in plastic in the back of the box that you can’t even reach

Disappointed no full size bonus was sent

Purchased immediately when it went on sale. Very disappointed that the full size bonus offer of $125 or more was not sent with the order. Instead sent a tiny sample. Though the full size was available for purchase they still would not honor their word and send it to me. Very bait and switch. Tried chat, and calling, but still they did not honor what was listed on their website.

I have used this product for a number of years and absolutely love it. I often use it by itself but it is also a great base for my favourite moisturizer or sun screen.
