Never received product.

I am very disappointed in this purchase. I purchased this item in December 1st. The seller generated a label on 12/2 it is now the 17th and FedEx still has yet to recheck the item. The seller keeps giving me the run around and Macys refuses to assist in cancelling and refunding my money.

The fridge come kneaded of the side the fridge, looks like a role in the side. The item is very poor quality

Wine Fridge - DON'T buy at Macys

Macys uses a third party vendor. My box was delivered with damaged product because the box was ripped off on the bottom and on the sides. I can't even believe it was delivered in that condition!!! I am currently STILL waiting for a credit on my accountl.

Excellent Product with B&D Quality

Our old wine chiller needed replacement so I did a lot of research regarding products and prices. This is a great value, and I was glad to have an old fashioned button controller for the temp. My previous one had digital controls that were undependable.
