ERR code

Already came assembled, only had to screw in 2 knobs. The box was retaped and tears everywhere like it was already returned once, but once opened no obvious damage and packaging looked new. When plugged it in there's an ERR code. On the remote I pressed the Minus button and the Mode button together for 3 seconds then presssed the power button as instructed. Still error code. I just contacted the seller, let's see how good their customer service is. I will update this review to 5 stars if they fix this and get it working.
