Missing Part & Extremely Poor Service!

I ordered an outdoor swing set for kids from Kuyotq, and the order arrived incomplete. They sent the product missing a crucial part, and there is no option to request a replacement or get my money back. I’ve emailed them multiple times trying to get the missing piece, and they don’t respond at all.
