dishonest customer service

macys didnt include the chanel box or wrapping so I went into the store for it they said to contact customer service online and they would send it to me. So I did but the customer service online was very unorganized they said if i made another order they could send it to me. So I did and then after I had made another order they refused to send it. Very incompetent and dishonest customer service I wouldn't buy from here again

Gift for a friend

I can’t review it completely because I bought this to gift for a friend for Christmas, but just based on receiving it, it was very fast free shipping, and the box was well-packaged. I re-wrapped it as a Christmas gift for my friend. I’m sure she will love it! :)
