dishonest customer service

macys didnt include the chanel box or wrapping so I went into the store for it they said to contact customer service online and they would send it to me. So I did but the customer service online was very unorganized they said if i made another order they could send it to me. So I did and then after I had made another order they refused to send it. Very incompetent and dishonest customer service I wouldn't buy from here again
