Perfect body suit.
Gives a little support, but not too much. I got the black and wore it with a business suit. Just ordered the blue and white. Really easy to pair with work outfits or casual - under sweaters or shacket. I got an XL which is my normal size and it fit as expected.

I owned a few of this 32 degree's light-weight scoop-neck bodysuits already. It's super flexible, soft, and comfortable. I decided to give this mock-neck a try. Initially, I was kind of worry whether my head could pass through that "small" opening or not. Thanks to the super flexible ability of the material, it's actually very easy :) I wish Macy's will carry the heavy-weight bodysuit soon because it is super warm for the much colder weather. My 92 years old mom and I already owned many of the heavy-weight baselayer, not bodysuit style, and absolutely love them.
