Sticky!

I really like the way this looks, but it is too sticky! It is sticky when it goes on, and it never seems to dry, it just remains sticky. It is appropriately named "Eye Gloss" because it is like lip gloss for they eyelids, but only in the bad way where everything sticks to it.
