Cannot review what they never sent

Ordered March 3, shipping label created March 4 estimated arrival March 12, March 21 checked tracking still never it made to seller's usps center reached out to both seller/shipper and Macy's no updates from either one. Cannot recommend item or seller at this point.

This is a very bad experience about this bag. I haven't received it until today. I sent a message to 3P but never got a response. I don't know who to contact to get the bag I bought.

Undelivered

Someone else commented that their package was marked delivered, but it was not delivered. Well, same thing with me. I got a notification that it was delivered and I didn’t receive the package. I checked the tracking and the package went from Texas to Texas. Well, I am not in the state of Texas. Macy’s refunded the order.

Fraudulent

I never received the product that I paid for I can’t take this Macy’s and the seller. Macy’s is processing a refund, but the delivery person marked it delivered and I’m standing in the door. No one ever delivered anything. Totally disappointed. Because I was looking forward to the product.
