Bad Packaging!

I pretty much agree with the other reviewer. The materials were cheap and it was missing 4 screws that hold the metal ring in place! I had to return my previous purchase of it for the same issue only one of the hands was bent too! When I opened the box, screws came falling out and the packaging was disheveled. The screws were also too short to attach the ring in place. I'm surprised that a brand Macy's sells could have such poor packaging and inadequate hardware. I'm going to keep the clock this time but I'll need to locate some replacement screws :/

Disappointed.

Clock is really pretty but cheaply made. Hands were not attached and had no hardware to attach them. Bottom of clock was dented.
