Never received

I ordered this item before thanksgiving and now I’m 2 days before Christmas and I haven’t received. I contact customer service but they said it was a third party vendor that I have to wait for their response since I can’t cancel the order and get a refund to buy another item for my toddler. This was the perfect gift for my son, but now it’s ruined. It has been a week since I called customer service and I have receive no response from them. Not sure if it’s Macy’s fault for not giving me either a refund or the “third vendor” for selling items that they are not going to send
