We also use it as a counting tool to learn math and stuff. Not really for a 4 yr old to play and not keep going. But Allen all good fun.

To try and form a row whether horizontally, vertically or diagonally. While trying to block your opponent from doing the same. The first one who forms a line wins. It's a fun game that challenges one to think quickly.
