Not the formula I remember
I bought one for me and one for my mom. It seems the formula changed. It's watery and it's irritating. That happened to me and the same to my mom. So it would have to be the cream. I used this cream in the past and worked fine. Now not so much.

Money wasted! Not for Dry Skin!
I was excited to try this skincare product, especially since I had heard good things and had high hopes due to my extremely dry skin. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. In short, this product seems better suited for people with oily or may be combination skin. For someone like me with persistently dry skin, it simply didn’t provide enough hydration. Even after applying a generous amount, I still had to reach for my go-to — Aquaphor — which continues to be my skin’s lifesaver. Will I buy this product again? Definitely not. I’ll be sticking to my trusty Aquaphor — truly magic in a jar.

Macy's sold stale Kiehl's product
I removed lid from new bottle of product and it smelled foul. Product was evident is was old and stale. The consistency of the overnight facial rehydrating mask evidently had been sitting on the shelf for awile and was very dry. I was lucky to return product and get my money back.
Not spectacular like the original.
I prefer the original of this overnight mask but this one is ok it seems to moisturize but not even close to the original gel like mask
