Poor customer service and product

I received the box with damaged piece. Called Macys for assistance and they said I had to return. Said I would get a shipping label in email and never did. I’ve called 3 times. Reached out to the sender and no answer to my email with pictures of damage for guidance and I called several times and no one ever answers the phone. The instructions says it’s a 90 day warranty but no business or number listed to get the warranty. Don’t bother buying. Waste of money and time.
