Seven hours with Samsung no way to mount this

The manual says VESA size. M4. No screws fit this because it doesn’t have screw holes. They just kept saying it’s an M4. Then a parts guy told me that there’s a special adapter bracket for this particular TV the 2025 version… But they don’t make it! How do I mount this? Samsung could not help me so who will? How do you mount the 32 inch because it is not an M4 screw… They’re not screw holes. The guy said it’s some adapter with little tubes that fit into those holes but again… They don’t sell it and you can’t find it anywhere unbelievable.
