I'm still learning all the apps and how to use this tv! So far my gaming is excellent and picture is unbelievable. Crystal clear! Set up was tricky but didn't take too long! I am going to purchase a larger Samsung for my living room very soon. This one stays in my game room!

Love, love my new TV

This is my 3rd Samsung TV. It replaced my first one, it was a 46 inch. My new TV is 55 inch. Love the bigger picture, color quality. The ease of use. I do also have a tablet and phone that are Samsung. I am a fan of Samsung for life!

Nice picture

We placed this TV in our bedroom and are very satisfied with the picture and sound quality. We have just 2 disappointments with this TV. #1 You cannot do voice commands into this remote. This would be helpful in a dark bedroom. This was our fault as we didn't check it out prior to purchasing. #2 When attempting to set the sleep timer, more often than not, it results in switching the position of the sleep timer icon rather than increasing the length of time desired for the TV to shut off. A Samsung rep said that you have to quickly depress the center button in order to increase the time for shut off ( ex: 30, 60 120 minutes). If you depress it any longer than a very quick press, it goes into "movement of icon" mode. This has been problematic and aggravating. If it weren't for this, I'd give it 5 stars.

Good TV but the user interface stinks

If I could get the stations I want and mute the audio when I need it to be quiet I'd give it a 5. However, the user interface, both the native remote and via the SmartThings app on my phone, just pain sucks.

Happy yes but surprised that it had no optical cable port!

Got my new TV, and gotta say its great.

For awhile I've had a Samsung TV from 2018, and they hold up Sturdy even after 7 years. Now finally got the chance to get a new one. The Crystal UHD 50" is by far one of the best TV's I've gotten not just for its wide features, integration with the Samsung Ecosystem, but its affordability. The colors are Vibrant, and it doesn't hold back. Being able to control the TV without a remote was simple, Game Hub gives me a wide selection to choose from, and convenience. The sound too, sounds more robust, and powerful. I will say that the brightness, and the color work can be a bit too washed, or too vibrant. Maybe thats just user error on my part. The TV remote is find a little gripe with due to the preset apps on it like YouTube, Netflex, and prime video. I wish they were programable to any other apps like spotify, or Hulu. Overall its a great experience for the price, and Samsung output themselves each time.

Smart Hub Bad

We have had this TV for quite some time now and I like it for the picture quality. The home screen "Smart Hub" is the absolute worst and it makes me hate this TV. In fact, I loathe it with a passion. The hub is cluttered and full of recommendations that I cannot remove. I want to see my downloaded apps so that I can launch them as needed. I do not want recommendations. I do not want banners with inappropriate content at 85" up for my children when we just turn on the TV. I can set parental parameters, but then I've got boxes with a stock photo of a lock. The navigation for settings is clunky and things are buried in miles of tiles that I just don't care about. I wish we hadn't bought it. I wish we had returned it. Do not leave LG for a Samsung.
