Leak all over

I should have read the other review before purchasing. Just like everyone’s else mine leaked. It’s not worth the trouble to return.

Suncream

The second bottle from the right was leaking ….and the first one from the right smells not very good ,feeling like it is going to expire soon ,others haven’t opened and tested.

Some Items Arrived Damaged

Some items in my order arrived damaged, even though the shipping box was in good condition. It looks like the damage may have happened during packing or handling. A few of the products also appeared to have been previously opened, which was disappointing. I’ve been trying to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but it’s been difficult to figure out how to get help. The website is confusing to navigate, and I haven’t had any luck with getting a clear response so far. I expected better quality control and support from Macy’s.

Great Travel Sunscreen

Nice kit! Perfect for travel. However, the Kopari Mineral sunscreen leaked out over the whole kit. I sent it back for a refund/replacement a few days ago. We’ll see how they respond.

The Peter Thomas Roth product either evaporated and is empty. The Kopari Bright leaked all over the box.
