So bad!
These are the worst towels I’ve ever seen/felt. They feel like they’re from the dollar store. Returning. Do better Macys. Why do you even have these?

This suggests potential shortcomings in the cotton quality, the weave density, or finishing processes (such as low loops in the terry cloth, poor loom tension, or inadequate washing/trimming of fibers), each of which can make towels feel thin or rough—like items you'd expect from very low-grade sources.
Cheap
I would never buy these towels again. They are cheap, small and not even soft. Washed them before use and it’s seems they got smaller. I waited to long to send them back never again

However, cotton can sometimes shrink slightly after the first wash, especially if washed in hot water or dried on high heat. Very basic, thin
This is a set of 12 very basic, thin towels. These aren’t particularly large or thick. They’re just towels. They wash good - I got the white set, bleach well too. I wouldn’t consider them high end or luxury at all. They’re just…towels. It’s a 12 piece set so there’s quite a few of them and that’s very appreciated

Horrible Quality Macys
These towels were so paper thin, you could almost see through them. This poor quality should only be sold at the Dollar Tree, not Macy's! Do better Macy's

Soft and fluffy
I typically don’t like packs of towels, rags, and hand towels because the quality usually isn’t that great. I was surprised by this set because they are soft, fluffy and hold up well during a wash. They aren’t super thick, but they still are nice. I would say they are all standard size, but I’m able to wrap the towel around my body without being exposed.

Love this towel set. I did have to wash a few times before we used them due to little cotton balls coming off the towels after that they worked great. The absorb very well and the perfect size for a bath towel.

Literally the softest towels I own, I even use them for my hair!! (Normally I use a microfiber wrap). I do wish the bath towels were a bit bigger, they are on the small side- but aside from that great towels! They absorb water well.
