LG OLED55C4PUA
Picture quality and sound is excellent. The viewing angle is great which was one reason we chose the TV . Only small comment is I thought the manual I downloaded was lacking in some content.

Can't go back.
I can't go back to a standard 4k tv. So much so, we have just bought a 2nd one, the c5 model for downstairs.

Great Picture - Horrible remote
Great picture, sound, looks great on the wall but we HATE the remote. Maybe we're just too old but the buttons are so small and so difficult to read in the dark you need to turn on the lights & get your glasses to navigate the controls. The center enter button is very touch sensitive and - well we are over 50 so unfortunately that also is a challenge.

Hello, There! Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG TV. We are happy to hear you are enjoying the great picture, sound, and look of the television itself! We recognize your strong feelings regarding the remote control and the challenges the small, hard-to-read buttons present, especially in low light. We certainly understand that usability is a key part of the viewing experience, and we acknowledge the difficulty you face with the button size, visibility, and the sensitivity of the center enter button. We value your feedback on how the remote design impacts ease of use. You may find some helpful information about navigating your TV's features on our support page: https://www.lg.com/us/support/tvs. Please send us your TV's model number and any additional details you'd like to share about the remote's performance to lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further assistance. ^James.
Premium Price, Surprisingly Ordinary Performance
I recently purchased this 42-inch “top of the range” television with high expectations, given the marketing hype and premium positioning. Unfortunately, while it looks impressive on paper, the overall experience has been surprisingly underwhelming. First, the absence of a mute button on the remote control is baffling. For a flagship model, omitting such a basic and universally used function feels like a major oversight. Adjusting the volume down manually every time you need silence is inconvenient and unnecessarily frustrating. Second, one of the inbuilt apps — and one that I use regularly — consistently relocates itself from the main selection list. This means repeatedly searching for it or reorganising the interface. For a supposedly premium smart TV, the user interface should feel seamless and intuitive, not unpredictable. Most disappointing of all, despite all the marketing promises, the television itself is very ordinary. The picture quality is fine, but not exceptional. The sound is adequate, but nothing remarkable. There’s nothing about the viewing experience that justifies the “top of the range” label or price point. In summary, while the television functions adequately, it falls well short of expectations for a flagship model. Basic usability issues combined with a very average overall performance make it hard to recommend at its premium price.
