High Specification with High Visual Satisfaction
Overall function is excellent. There are too many color and brightness adjustment. To adjust the display that suite you 100% could be complicated. High smoothness picture and motion flow. The clarity and sharpness not as per my expection. I feel that my previous Sony OLED TV (A85H) picture clarity is better although the model was older.

Broken after 18 months
This is a fantastic TV. Beautiful picture. Amazing black levels. Great Android OS implementation. That is, it was great till it broke. Suddenly it won't turn on. The red light at the bottom flashes three times periodically. I've factory reset, unplugged everything except power, disconnected from the power strip, all multiple times. Everything on the Internet says it needs to be fixed by a technician. 6 months out of warranty and we have a giant, flat brick hanging on the wall. Shame on you Sony for how far you have fallen.

Reliability Issues
I purchased this TV for installation into a new house. It sat in a well-conditioned closet for ~6 months, and then was installed after construction was finished. 6 months later, just out of warranty, the speakers died. Because it was out of warranty, I'm SoL. So far the actual picture is holding up, so hopefully it is just an issue with the speakers.

Excellent TV, sound can be better
Happy with the TV resolution and 4K capabilities. Crisp and clear. Only issue is the colour red is too vibrant. Also the front sounding speakers are better, but for full effect, suggest sound bar or external speakers.

Misleading and terrible product for the high cost
I bought this TV about a year and a half ago. The speakers for the TV stopped working all of a sudden. Sony tried troubleshooting but could not fix it. I now have to pay a 3rd party service to try and fix the audio because the warranty only covers 1 year. I have seen reddit posts with a lot of people having this exact same issue. I would not recommend buying this TV at all. It is one of the most expensive TVs that you can buy. There are A LOT of other options at a much lower price point that offer the same quality.
