Miniature

It is very small. The cushion is terrible and the color they delivered is totally different from the one I bought.

Cushions are a joke

The cushions are definitely not as advertised. They are not plush. They are not stain resistant. Washing them does not remove the stains.

Worst Experience and still unresolved

ZERO stars! I bought two of these sets, plus a double lounge chair for my patio. I felt confident buying from Macy’s, as all of the couches in my home are from there and I have never had an issue before. This purchase has been a nightmare since I bought the patio furniture in January! Although this was all from the Macys, it is really from a third party and the quality was poor. I started a return immediately when the man I hired to put it together said it was missing pieces and agreed the quality was terrible. It took me countless phone calls and emails to return the furniture, as it came in several boxes and they were initially only giving me one label at a time. All of the furniture was sent back to the company (over the course of two weeks) in California, but the company is claiming I didn’t return it correctly and has still not refunded my money even though the furniture was sent months ago. I have left numerous messages to Macy’s corporate office, but no response.
