Doe not mix well

The good thing about the mixer is that it is quiet but it didn't mix all the dough. There was some unmixed dough at the bottom of the bowl.

Delayed delivery

I ordered the stand mixer Dec 2, and I have yet to receive my mixer. According ti tracking info it's on the way. This is ridiculous, if I had have known it would take so long I would have gone to the store to purchase jeez.

Made Thanksgiving Day Apple Cranberry Cake A Hit

Beautiful, sleek and powerful. Nice that it had several attachments. Relatively quiet. Easy to clean. My sister, a consummate cook, was impressed with this mixer, especially since she made our entire Thanksgiving dinner. It easily mixed 7 large sweet potatoes for her delicious casserole.
