That is a great product

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The packaging was sturdy and the color matches the photos perfectly. It looks even better once assembled. The finish is smooth and shiny, with cable holes in the back and cabinets on both sides for storage. The center shelves are great for small décor items. Overall, a beautiful and functional piece.

Damaged on Arrival

This no a solid wood product. It arrived with cracks all over the top and the bottom panels. Macys can't have UPS pick this up for returns. Its a heavy product and big for a full size car. So, it's a double lost for me. Worse experience ever.

Very Fragile Beauty - Broken in pieces

Worse product I have ever bought. This beautiful furniture came in with cracks all over the pieces. It's made of particles word and not solid as it appear. To add insults to injury, I have to disassemble the crack pieces and carry the load to a ups office to return thd damaged product. There is no means to attach pictures when requesting a return. Macys could have had UPSZ pick up the pieces...other offer this kind of customer service.
