Damaged on Arrival

This no a solid wood product. It arrived with cracks all over the top and the bottom panels. Macys can't have UPS pick this up for returns. Its a heavy product and big for a full size car. So, it's a double lost for me. Worse experience ever.

Very Fragile Beauty - Broken in pieces

Worse product I have ever bought. This beautiful furniture came in with cracks all over the pieces. It's made of particles word and not solid as it appear. To add insults to injury, I have to disassemble the crack pieces and carry the load to a ups office to return thd damaged product. There is no means to attach pictures when requesting a return. Macys could have had UPSZ pick up the pieces...other offer this kind of customer service.
