DO NOT BUY, only 2 months in, screen goes blank

I would be watching tv and screen would studder then went blank, so have to unplug and wait then power back on, sometimes it just goes blank and reboots and also has given me a just green screen. Contacted TCL and what hoops you have to go through, send video of problem emails after email also 2 to 3 days for response. So they sent a Tech out replaced the main board, so had to setup the tv all over again, settings, apps and logins which takes time. The problem is worse going blank 2- 3 times and evening while watching tv . Still waiting on support, they want videos of the problem, happens on occasion so I am trying to record it with a security camera, so i can send that in to them which the size of file is to big to send regular email so will have to use a share folder for this. I am techy so I am working on this but if you aren't good luck. I like the features,picture,sound, but I think I just got a bad one, but buyer beware.
