Return issues

Purchased the patio set online from Macys. 2 boxes arrive and 1 was damaged. 1 box was missing. Initiated a return, printed return labels, took boxes to UPS. 3rd box arrived a week later, returned that box. UPS tracker confirmed all boxes were returned to the seller. Refund has not been issued. I have called, emailed, online chat and still no refund or movement,
