Impossible to return
Umbrella itself was fine but too large for the space. It was a Christmas gift for my son with a return deadline of January 31st. Return option on Macys account sent me to the 3rd party that shipped…. they in turn sent me back to Macys…. again back to 3rd party that then indicated it was no longer eligible for return because the deadline passed. Yes at this point it had by 2 days; I began the process the 2nd week of January - Simply Not OK
