I love the shoes. Very roomy and comfortable. I always buy your leather shoes, but I've noticed the thin layer of leather starts to peel off. Especially frim the front toe part. The shoes are still pretty new but when the leather peels off it looks awful. Then I can't wear it. I don't knowxwhy this happens with all your leather shoes. I think the leather is very thin and does not where we'll. I would like to know if others find this happens to your shoes. This needs to be improved. Thanks

Love these shoes

These are a very soft leather. They don’t have great arch support so added some. They are very comfortable. I always wear them without socks. You do have to be careful because since they are so soft, the leather tears easily on the toes.

Never received it. Problem with Macy’s

Wish I could rate the shoe, but never received it. Continuous problem with Macy’s online orders. It gets shipped then shipped back to them. Who does that?!?! Terrible service. Seems like they don’t want your business.

Soul Kacy Flat in Navy

The Soul Kacy Flat is comfortable right out of the box, even though my feet are a little wider than Medium. The leather is soft. What I appreciate most is the color. They are definitely Navy, not blue. I bought a pair of these shoes in Black several years ago, and they still look good and fit well.
