A new favorite

This knife quickly became my wife's favorite. The size and the serrated edge make it perfect for cutting baguette or italian bread. The handle is comfortable and the knife performs extermely well.

4 star knives are the best in the world.

This knife is my number one knife for processing all vegetables and trimming meat. I have given this knife along with your 3.5” and 4” Parer to over ten friends and family over the years. Please bring back the 3.5” Parer. They also agree that these knives are perfect to be utilized for any type of processing meat and vegetables. I’ve been a devoted fan of your 4 star knives since my tour of duty in Germany back in the late 1970’s.

A “specialized” utility knife

Tomato preparation is beyond compare. The 5” serrated blade effortlessly slices thru the body - thick or thin, dices cleanly without crushing and the plain tip excoriates the stem easily. I STILL have not had the need to sharpen mine after years of ( light ) use. Small French or Italian bread loaves can be sliced cleanly and easily, with minimal crumb shed. What more could you ask for?
